Our “Good Deeds” (or Unrestricted) Endowments address ever-changing local needs (even those that cannot be anticipated when a gift is made). The earnings from these endowments fund the Foundation’s three competitive grant cycles each year. 2010 Grant Application & Final Report Form

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Foundation introduced a revised form to be used as both an application and a final report (for grants that are approved). The 2010 revised application is required for applications beginning with the July 15, 2010 application deadline.
