We are proud that for 60 years our community foundation has put income generated from donor's investments to work in the community.  Together we have helped to strengthen education, support the arts, promote civic life, protect our environment, and ensure strong health and social services.  To date, we have 260 permanently endowed funds and 22 non-permanent funds.  Our total assets are more than $30 million and we have made more than $2.2 million in unrestricted grants to Wabash County, Indiana.

Eckelbarger passes Lilly Scholarship to Mariah Mobley

In early April, Mariah Mobley's received a disappointing letter from the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship committee informing her that she did not win the prestigious, full-tuition scholarship. Honored at least to be named a finalist, Mobley joined in the praise for Northfield's Emily Eckelbarger, the winner of the scholarship. Wabash County named Indiana College Success County

INDIANAPOLIS –Wabash County has been recognized as an Indiana College Success County in recognition of its work to increase the percentage of Hoosiers with education and training beyond high school.
