One Wabash County student has been named the recipient of the four-year, full tuition scholarship as the Community Foundation of Wabash County 2011 Lilly Endowment Community Scholar. Joshua Unger, son of Richard and Tamara Unger of Wabash, will receive full tuition to the Indiana College of his choice and an $800 yearly stipend for required books and equipment.
